The Village of Grand River approved a new 5 year contract with Republic Services Inc. as the exclusive waste hauler for village residents. Included in the contract is the return of curbside recycling . The community drop off bins have been removed from the Public Works Dept. Community drop off bins are still located in the following areas;

• Mentor

• Painesville City

• Painesville Twp.

• Fairport Harbor
